The Martial Artist is an enemy in Double Dragon 3: The Rosetta Stone and Double Dragon III: The Sacred Stones. He is a Chinese warrior skilled in both hand-to-hand and armed combat.
Description[]
Chinese warriors skilled in both hand-to-hand and armed combat. Their jump kicks have excellent range and they are the only enemies who use the sai as a weapon.
In the NES/Famicom port, they only appear in Mission 2, China; whereas in the arcade version, they're the only type of enemies encountered in that stage, but also appear in following levels as well.
