Li Cheng-Long (Chinese: 李成龍, Romaji: Ri Seiryū, Pinyin: Lǐ Chénglóng) is the boss of Mission 2 in Double Dragon 3: The Rosetta Stone. He's a Shaolin Kung-Fu master who holds the first Rosetta Stone and will not relinquish it without a fight. He initially fights unarmed, relying on long-reaching punches and kicks, but draws a tonfa after sustaining a certain amount of damage.
- Li is closely modeled after legendary martial arts icon Bruce Lee, making him the only character based on him besides the Lee brothers themselves. In contrast to the Lee brothers, who use the anglicized form of Bruce's surname, Li is referred to by his actual Chinese surname.
- Li is the only boss in the arcade version who actually talks to the player before fighting. In the Japanese version he mentions his full name and fighting style, which were for some reason omitted in the English version.
- Li's given name, Cheng-Long (which means "becoming the dragon"), is also the Chinese stage name of actor Jackie Chan.
