On Double Dragon II : The Revenge in Nes/Famicom (also available on PC Engine) he was called Shadow Master, The mastermind behind Marian's death. His real name and origins are unknown. He uses the assassination arts of the shadow called Gen-Satsu-Ken, which is the opposite of Billy and Jimmy's martial art, Sou-Setsu-Ken. He is also a master illusionist and has the ability to become invisible at will.

Only available as an extra mission by playing the game on the hardest difficulty, after defeating him an extra true ending shows up demonstrating how Marian is resurrected.

Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team:

The leader of the Shadow Warriors in Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team. His name is based on the title used by Jimmy Lee in the NES version of the first Double Dragon game and the TV series.
