The Shopkeeper is a supporting character in Double Dragon Neon. He can be found in shops in Missions 2, 3, 5, 8, and 10. Each shop sells power-ups, extra lives, and its own special selection of mix tapes.

- The Shopkeeper resembles Mr. Wing, the owner of a curio shop in Gremlins and Gremlins 2: The New Batch.
